Starter Agreement

This starter option is for clients who are new to Michael Baisden consulting and prefer a 30 minute session to get acquainted with my style of instruction and provide me with an overview of your goals. If you feel you are ready for a more indepth session please choose the 60 minute STARTER level option. Once we’ve had our initial meeting we can discuss whether you need more direction. If so, we’ll reschedule more time to see how I can assist you and what resources you’ll need to accomplish your goals.

I look forward to helping you maximize and monetize your talents. The first step is filling out an agreement and booking a time to get started!

  • The Company’s Commitment

    • 1.1 The Company will provide professional counseling sessions with clear objectives.
    • 1.2 The Company will provide resources to assist you in meeting your objectives.
    • 1.3 The Company will communicate via e-mail to schedule sessions.
    • 1.4 The Company will notify you immediately if progress is not being achieved.
    • 1.5 The Company agrees not to share any conversations, notes, or any other confidential information discussed during sessions.

    Your Commitment

    • 2.1 Client agrees to schedule appointment via e-calendar
    • 2.2 Client agrees that sessions will be via phone unless otherwise agreed to in writing in advance.
    • 2.3 Client agrees to make payments via Zelle only!
    • 2.4 Client understands that the session agenda is belongs to them. If at any time the direction of the session is not to your liking let the consultant know immediately.
    • Client agrees there will be no refunds for services once appointment is scheduled unless it’s received via e-mail to readytomingle@minglecity.com in writing within 72 hours of appointment, by either the consultant or client. Absolutely no refunds allowed after service has been rendered.
    • 2.6 Client understands and acknowledges that the Company does not guarantee your future performance with regard to any of the matters for which the Company provides consulting services under this Agreement, any specific level of performance, or the success of any recommendation or strategy that the Company may recommend. You also understand that the Company’s advice and recommendations are subject to various personal, market, economic, political, business, and other considerations that are beyond the Company’s control, and that the result of following our advice will not always be successful.
    • 2.7 You acknowledge that You have had the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice in regard to this Agreement, that You have read and understood this Agreement, that You are fully aware of its legal effect, and You have entered into it freely and voluntarily and based on Your own judgment and not on any representations or promises other than those contained in this Agreement.
    • 2.8 Limitation Of Liability: COMPANY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EMOTIONAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF COMPANY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS AND OPPORTUNITY, CONTRACT, TORT, AND EQUITABLE THEORIES OR CLAIMS FOR SUCH DAMAGES BY YOU. IN ANY EVENT, THE LIABILITY OF COMPANY FOR ANY REASON AND UPON ANY CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FEES ACTUALLY PAID TO COMPANY BY YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
    • 2.9 If you are late to a session the counselors reserve the right to cancel session or to continue until the original scheduled time expires.
    • 2.10 You agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Company with respect to the matters contemplated by this Agreement, and that this Agreement supersedes any and all prior and/or contemporaneous written and/or oral agreements relating to such matters, if any. You acknowledge that this Agreement may not be modified except by written document, signed by You and a duly authorized officer of the Company.

    Termination

    You or the Company may terminate this agreement at any time. Cancellation must be in writing and emailed to readytomingle@minglecity.com 72 hours prior to sessions. Live stream events must be canceled within 72 hours of events and can only be rescheduled once within a 60-day time period.
