FOODS High in MELANIN!

BERRIES

CHERRIES

GRAPES

GREENS

MOLASSES

KALE

TOMATOES

GREEN BEANS

MELANIN is a SUBSTANCE in the BLOOD/SKIN that gives it COLOR or PIGMENT (regardless of ETHNICITY). And even more IMPORTANT--it is a substance that gives Your CELLS much-needed LIFE! The MORE melanin your CELLS have the LONGER they LIVE before APOPTOSIS (DEATH) which is programmed into them from BIRTH. For example, it is said that the RED BLOOD CELLS are 'programmed' to live for approximately 4 months. But the more MELANIN is preserved IN the cell proper--the LONGER the CELL lives! Simple (it always is).

And thats where the above FOODS come in handy. They are MELANIN-producing foods/MELANIN-sustaining foods. Something else about these foods you will notice that they are also ANTIOXIDANT foods too. Meaning that they REJECT all FREE RADICALS (rogue oxygen molecules that seek to DESTROY and AGE your cells before their time is up)!

Additionally, certain OILS are MELANIN-producing/ANTIOXIDANT in nature: VITAMIN E, VITAMIN C (liquid), GRAPESEED OIL to name a few!

One of the MOST important keys to HEALTH starts at the CELLULAR LEVEL! Start INWARDS by getting your CELLS rite and work outward. This is why your ACID/ALKALINE/PH BALANCE is soooo important (thus WATER which keeps it all CLEAN).

Have FUN eating!!
