29-Yr.-Old Man With 21 Kids and Can't Pay Child Support?

A Tennessee man who's fathered 21 kids says he can't pay all their mother's child support.

29-year-old Desmond Hatchett works a minimum wage job.

His children range in age from newborn to 11. They were born to at least 11 different women.

"I had four kids in the same year. Twice," said Hatchett.

When his paycheck is split up, some get less than $2.00 in child support.

"The children can't be supported all by Desmond, so the state of Tennessee has had to step in," Hatchett's attorney Keith Pope said.

The state says it can't stop him from having more kids, but are working out how to pay the mothers.

Just an observation- if he's the guy in the accompanying pic with a barber maintained beard/hair cut/plaid shorts + mobile device: I would hazard a guess and go out on a short limb and state his priorities, obviously he hasn't any, are non-existent. I can only hope that population control lobbyists will use this guy and others as poster children for the lack of responsibility demonstrated by so many in our society: this guy, octomother, jon & kate, etc. and all who choose to bring life into the world without taking a real assessment of their earnings vs. ability to care for a child ratio. Lastly, one could ponder what his family and the families of the females who had children with him think.....therein lies the problem: people who aren't equipped: emotionally/financially/spiritually/psychologically to raise childrend who become responsible healthy adults. It might be harsh, but forced sterilization should have been considered when it became apparent the donor was/is incapable of making rational decisions. Maybe the right to lifers will take up his cau$e in Tennessee. It seems he got the proverb twisted to: instead of it takes a village, he thought "i make a village"....

He just needs to wrap it up period.
What fool would sleep with this person if they knew what type of person he really is?
I guess they have no respect for themselves if they can't found another person without a lot
of kids that he can't afford.
Please.
This person needs his penis cut off. He keeps having sex without a condom.

All the children will be hurt by his actions. He can't support them at all.
What is really his problem?
