Now Fasting is to go without food and water not Fasting from the TV, relationships, cussing, lying, pop, fried foods, drugs, alcohol; you get the picture! These things are good To leave alone from time to time if not FOREVER.

You may have had to take a medical test and the instructions were to FAST before the test, eat nothing after midnight or so, well this is what fasting is about NO FOOD OR…

NOW THAT THE LENTEN SEASON IS APPROCHING MANY MORE WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN SOME SORT OF FASTING AND I HOPE PRAYER TIL EASTER.   Three years ago I posted scriptures about fasting from Ash Wednesday until Easter. I feel compelled to do that again!  Love Am

Lord I want to say Happy Birthday to you someone that has done so much for me, someone that picked me up, turned me around and planted my feet on solid ground. Then you spoke to me and told me just how I could do that a few years ago Just say “Happy Birthday Jesus” every day for an entire year and I wont miss. So I’m going to do that again. This time I believe I have some help!
