Sorry, I'm just getting back to you. I play tennis 3-4 times a week. I'm on leagues for USTA and ALTA, then I also play on other leagues. I'm always willing although last week I had to give it up for a few days after playing 4 days in a row. It can take a toll on your body and I'm out of shape.
