Are You P.O.O.R ( Passing Over Opportunities Repeatedly) Many public efforts to simulate entrepreneurial endeavors have failed. Part of the reason is that there really hasn't been a grassroot effort to re-educate our community on the importance of going into business. Consumerism is the current prescription.
