Hey Neda, congrats on the contract win! Go get 'em. I'm revamping direction of biz and definitely interested in making profit- so that decision's been made. Keep me posted as your biz ventures develop, and I will do the same. K.

UPDATE: Received a grant award letter this morning from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene ("DOHMH"). AAPCI was awarded $650,000 annually to fund our HIV and AIDS supportve housing initiative for families and seniors. This project will be the first of its type in the East New York community of Brooklyn, and probably the largest supportive housing program that services seniors and families in New York City.

I am so excited and need a drink. This project has been a long time coming. History is being made.

Best regards,

HI Neda, my apologies for any delays. I've been shifting gears here and there, and deciding exactly which direction to take my biz. While nonprofit status my benefit in some aspects, I'm still not sure if this is the right move for me.... and whether it will be beneficial in the very long run. Hoping all is well with you. What's on your career agenda?
