I'm glad that you enjoyed the recipe, you will not lose too much of the nutrients in freezing although you will lose some, I have never frozen the Kale, I didn't think it would freeze well flavor wise or texture wise so I haven't tried it, I have frozen other items and they still taste great after being thawed. I suggest that you just freeze a small amount and see how it turns out after thawed.
