A healthy LuuLuu is a busy LuuLuu. I am ready to begin work on the Belly Dance Fitness DVD and with that I need ladies that are ready to work out and get in shape. It will entail you joining one class and committing to dancing at least 4 times a week. As a volunteer you will have total access to me, wherever I am teaching you have a slot. Your committment will also include measurements and photos and filming. Let's get fit together!

How Do You Find Strength in the Face of Pain
In the face of crisis everyone tells you to stay strong, but how do you stay strong when life is bearing down on you? The day I found out my husband's HIV status I was strong. I am searching for the Glamours. The ladies that have that special something that draws people to them like bees to honey. When they walk into a room they are the center of attention. Now some know you are Glamour. Others still are fighting their own personal glamour. I am building a Glam Squad.
