What next??? President Obama can't speak to the troops, although is the "COMMANDER IN CHIEF?"

My wife, just two years ago, was diagnosed with Breast Cancer! When the doctor kept explaining what they found, he NEVER wanted to say those two words! Today, I still don't know how I was going to help my wife because I said that I would protect her and keep her safe! Unfortunately, I didn't keep my promise and I felt like I had let her down!
