Karen Francis is a radio professional with more than 15 years in the business. She has worked every format from Hip Hop, R&B, Gospel to Talk Radio.

Karen began her journey in radio in the late 80's when her late husband's ... family purchased one of the oldest Black Radio Stations in the Nation; WANT/Loving 990. This was her bootcamp into the World of Radio.

Later Karen went on to Host "Love Notes", the stations' version of the "Quiet Storm". Next up it was all about "Sounds of Joy" on J100.3FM and 104.7FM.

Karen is the President and CEO of KD Enterprises and SYC Entertainment, LLC which is parent company of APR (Anointed Praise Records) RAOK (Random Acts of Kindness) WEM (Women's Empowerment Group) and BTR (Blogtalkradio.com).

Karen is producing several radio shows on her BTR Channel, "Positive Inspirations"...It's dedicated to Empowerment, Inspiration, Health and Mental and Physical Wellness.
