Beginning My Day By Day Water Fast. (Sunday - Feb. 8, 2009)
Today I woke up and said "I need to detox my body, mind, and soul" So I brought me a big bottle of water and took a herbal laxative "Living Bitters" The reason I decided to call this a day by day fast is because I don't want to feel trap in a set time frame or feel bad if I don't complete it. Fasting for me is hard only because I look to food as comfort and not nutrition. That in which I learn't within my studies in becoming a holistic health practitioner.
