Our General mission: to utilize the technology of the internet; without regard to political, social, or theological ideology, for the expressed purpose of addressing the economic disparities, which continue to regulate the African American economy at the bottom of every statistic, concerning our economic progress. To strive, with all available resources, toward establishing an economic infrastructure within the virtual world of e-commerce, which will enhance and enable the vitality of the African American economy through a web based solution that harnesses the wealth and resources of our communities while simultaneously acknowledging and including non African American enterprising entities and individuals, who desire to honestly compete for the purchasing decisions of African American consumers, based upon an amenable relationship that eliminates economic exploitation.

Our Moral mission: to utilize the increasingly expanding technology of the Internet, to provide realistic and just economic opportunity to African Americans, that is free from the get rich quick schemes, false promises and the “last hired - first fired” high risk jobs which have been shown to be nothing more than a mere token of maintaining our existence at the most marginal economic levels and show no promise of serving the economic needs of our future economic generations to come.

Our Consumer mission: to utilize the technology of the Internet, for the expressed purpose of researching, discovering, and engineering a technical web based solution, which will provide a shopping environment where the African American consumer can shop with peace of mind, knowing they will receive:

1.) A fair market price for the goods and services they are purchasing
2.) The highest standards of customer service
3.) A functional, convenient, and viable African American Shopping Center equipped with an array of choices equal to general market retailers
4.) A greater economic balance and /or return for their support and patronage of ‘general market retailers’.

Our Entrepreneurial mission: to connect existing African American enterprises, while simultaneously creating a new generation of African American retail merchants, to the purchasing power of African American consumer utilizing the technology of the Internet - all within a single resource located within the virtual world of e-commerce.

Our ultimate mission: is to provide every citizen of the African American community with a viable segue toward leveling the economic playing field and opening the doors to real economic opportunity, based upon an African American web based solution, and supported through African American participation, regardless to; computer experience, religious affiliation, political persuasion , or social-economic status.
