I am 28 yrs old and I am having a hard time understanding why some men don't know how to really "chase" a woman. Has the definition changed and I wasn't given the new meaning??????

As we get older the 'rules of engagement" change and become more subtle- picture a lady dropping a belonging  like a handkerchief 'accidentally"
- picture a lady dropping a belonging  like a handkerchief 'accidentally"

 or more obvious

Like directly approaching a man and sayin 'hi, I'd like to get to know you"

Ladies can you approach a man yourself?
WOULD you? Why not?

  How about HIS approach....
What's cool and NOT COOL?
What's lame , what's unnerving...?
Is OLD FASHIONED a prerequisite with the most desirable ladies?

What';s CUTE............?

What 'GRABS YOU' ladies....?

Hey Mack!!!!!!!!...boarded that plane....lol

I am 46, and yes the rules have changed but I can't say that I was informed myself...lol...since I didn't change with them...I want that door opened, if I drop something on purpose or by accident, be a gentleman and pick it up!!!
I have only approached a man once, myself I prefer he be the one to approach, this way I know that he is interested and not just being nice.(speaking for myself)

NOT COOL...Saggin pants, and "Yo baby, what it look like?" "You look like wifey"
Did I not say I was "46

RELAXED grabs me, NOT over-confidence, cocky, conceit, and over-coordination...there is such a thing as your clothes matching entirely too much....lol

No too much strutting for me....lol...especially ones with white shoes

Where is HERE?
Describe it....
What's on your mind.

Is actually interested in what's on my mind.
And not insulting me, on what I think.
Adult conversation, give and take, and NO COPY AND PASTE

does that answer your question?

I do not think the rules changed I really believe that men and women both forget or ignore them. Women ignore them when they thing being independent means no one should do anything. A man seeing a woman this independent can not see the "lady" that he can love because it is shadowed with pride. A man ignores it when he doesn't want to be seen as "weak". If you cry you are not a man or you are gay, so they have to put on this "I am hard" beat on their chest man thing that some men put on. Deep down inside, they want the to abide by those same rules of engagement.
I dont think women should approach a man by saying "I want to get to know you" this is a recipe for disaster. Her safety and image is at stake. She doesn't have to be so outspoken but she doesn't have to be timid and quiet either. It is all about being comfortable.
What I like....I like a man to be themselves from the start. I don't want to be with a pretender. I don't want to be with a liar. I don't have a problem with someone having flaws because no one is perfect. He must be able to keep an intelligent respectful conversation.
I don't do grills or liars period! I can't stand a cocky over confident or a bragger. He needs to reek of security and self respect and be on A page of life that shows growth as a person.

@Bronx
I agree !00%
Bronx my dear, what sort of 'chase' do you like?
Passionate eagerness? Smoothly minted anticipation?
GROWTH is all I want to see essentially, people can actually make exponential leaps within the right environment!
