im new to the group i been worrking for 15years and powerlifting a iwant to be a personal trainer what steps do i take?

Get certified through an organization such as ACE, Institute of Aerobic Research, or NSCA.

well there are many certifying agencies that is the 1st step but you need to be a people person , and posses common knowledge and never stop educating yourself , with your background as a powerlifter I would focus on that market aau powerlifting and strongmen
