Ya Girl I have a REALLY BAD HABIT TOO Its called taking care of MYSELF REALLY WELL, I refuse to pull back or play myself less than so HE can be more comfortable BEING MEDIOCRE, Its NOT happening.............Allow him to be a MAN no Thats Allowing him to embrace being a BUM. If I am going to be a BAG Lady, I will be a fabulous one.....I DONT NEED A SISE KICK, Thank Boo I got this! lolol

Well I'm sitting back, working on me to. Wonder when will my knight come a pay some BILLS...lol ok ok, I threw that in to losen things up.. But seriously when will they grow up? When will then not be so insecure about a woman making or doing more than he does? When will they and us women do it to not bring their past DAMN relation on my table? Ok Ladies e have our bad habits to. When we know we have more...we tend to make known.

I completely just stop myself as well,  I dont have the space in my brain, to worry about the game, I hear ppl say you have to play the game, ummm, really, then all my time is spent being someone I am not because I am aiming to please that man. We really get the bad end of the stick, my friend says lets call him Tony, oh he buys the movies tickets, I leave it up to him, I let him operate the gps, come on are you kidding me, so I was like I guess you allow him to be a man.  I am so the same way, if I need something done and you are taking time to do it, I just get it done, I have no mental space for irrelevant arguments.

It is unfortunate that we have to make up for where men ha failed us..but now we being punished for being independent. Like you, I am always the third wheel when going out with my sister and her hubby. Also, if I decide that a man is a potential keeper, then I put all my attention into it, but he starts to fall off, then DEUCES...I dont have time to play.

Hello sisters! I'm new to this group and I want to say I have read a lot of your comments. Abiola I am with you...my mouth and action get me in trouble. I believe sometimes it's not what we say,it's how we say it. I was once told by someone I dated and even a close male friend said my real problem is I don't allow a man to be a man....hmmmmm! For example if I need something put together I won't wait around for it to be done,I'll just go ahead and put it together myself. I had to seat back and think was that really me...YES! But I always felt,he shouldn't wait for me to ask to be done and don't do it when you feel like it? I have been single for a long time and I'm tired of being alone,especially on hoildays. I LOVE hard but not a clinger and I just can't seem to find the right man. I ask myself do I have a sign on my head saying I only date jailbirds, ego burners, and selfish men? NO...so I stop asking the mn upstairs to send me someone and let him do his job. I'm having my FAITH in him!

I believe men like to hear lies and BS, the worst thing I can do to myself is not be true to oneself...I like the sweats at times, I like to pull my hair back at times, I am not going to wait until we get over the threshold to show my true self, I just cant do it...

Abiola! You're a girl out for my OWN heart! When you wear your heart on your sleeve tell them like it is, To thy own self be true..THEY CANT TAKE IT! I am the say way I dont beat around the bush, I dont mince words I am straight open honest kind sweet.... THEY CANT STAND IT! CAUSE you know who

you are...when you dont stand for something YOU WILL FALL FOR ANYTHING.....THEY LIKE ALL THAT PHONEY BALONEY KAKA! lol! It makes them feel like they are in control..... They want quantity, not quality! Just remember MANS REJECTION Is Gods protection! Your better off....Have faith Know that God has just the Right guy made just for you! he will come along when you least xpect! STAY AS YOU ARE! You sound like a wonderful girl!

Hello All, I am new to the group as well, Let me start by saying my flaw is, my mouth, I say whatever I feel comes to mind, and it most times come back to bite me, I believe in being very honest even if it hurt, men just dont get me, when I say, I am not easily offended that is what I mean. When I say  no that is what I mean, I would think a man needs a woman he does not have to guess, I mean, he will always know what I am thinking, if I want something I ask, I dont believe in saying oh he should know, no, I believe I should tell him.  And when I tell these men, I am true to form, it is like they just dont believe. I think what frustrates me the most is I wish a man can look pass the hard exterior and see that I am the coolest down to earth person they will every meet.  On the flip side, maybe my individuality may scare them, I love my me time and I hate the phone. I dont know what to do....

And by the way? Just FYI ALL MY MEN COME BACK TO ME LIKE THE CAPISTRANO SWALLOWS. or try......I dont move backwards! EVER! only forward......When you do the very best you can from day one, never lie, never decieve, never allow darkness or shallowness to enter into your heart, YOU CANT FAIL! U dig? WHY GO BACK? I am so confident knowing that my heart was always in the correct place, NO REGRETS, Too bad they (ex men husbands etc ) didnt choose the same! You NEVER miss your wather till the well runs dry honey! My last ex husband acted like God wasnt watching! How do you do that?
